Positions we need help with ....

The following positions are currently filled.

Jennie Masten- Co- Director
Beth Kohlhoff- Co-Director

Kim McNulty- Financial Oversight Coordinator
Cindy Polizzi- Event Coordinator
Joree and Stephen Ketelsen- Corporate Donation Coordinators
Shannon Weineke- Sponsorship Coordinator
David Harris- Volunteer Coordinator Assistant
Meegan Rowe- Thank You Note Coordinator

And a few others undetermined at this time...
We need a lot more help and although we had some really amazing people step up yesterday we need more people!

These positions are still available:

Secretary/Executive Assistant- responsible for note taking at meetings and other tasks to directly assist Co-Directors

Financial Manager Assistant - Assist Kim McNulty in her position


Volunteer Coordinator- This is a large responsibility an will oversee all of the volunteers but the position may have as many assistants as needed.

Public Relations Coordinator and Assistant - responsible for securing media coverage, and for speaking with the media.

Construction Oversight Coordinator an Assistant.- this position will be utilized a bit further down the road but will be crucial as we move forward with design an building process.

Fundraising Coordinator- this position will oversee all fundraising efforts and will require some commitment. There will be lots of people to help in individual fundraising efforts.

Grant Application Coordinator and Assistant- this position will be in charge of seeking out and writing grants.
we would like for this individual to have some experience in this area and we would love to have this position filled soon.

Accessibility Coordinator - this person should have knowledge of ADA requirements and standards

Legal Oversight Coordinator- to oversee legal issues

Individual Event Coordinators-  We have many fundraising ideas lined up and we would like an individual to take responsibility for each event and organize it. They can recruit their friends to help and other people in the committee too. Some ideas for fundraisers include:
Sports Tournaments: Bowling, Volleyball, Disc Golf, Softball, etc
Golf Outing
Taste of Stoughton/Naming Rights Auction
Talent Show (ie Stoughton's Got Talent) 
Walk/Run
Spaghetti Dinner
Jars at local businesses
50/50 Raffles-  at as many events in town as possible between now and build time
Any other ideas are welcome.
