Kwik Trip has a generous community support program. They have a fairly easy form that requests donations. It has a drop down menu for the type of donation requested. One of those options is cash. It then asked what you would specifically like to request.
I asked for $50,000. I feel like our park will be so instrumental in bringing people to the area that Kwik Trip stands to benefit just as much as simply by the nature of their business, their proximity to the park, and the visibility they would gain if they did give such a large donation.
We are not opposed to allowing the donor with the greatest donation an opportunity to name the park. The Kwik Trip Inclusive Playground at Lowell Park in Stoughton could be an option.
Of course if anyone one else wants to donate more, we could reconsider that name. We need a lot of help.
This park will be amazing and will benefit so many people we must be willing to ask for help.
Businesses stand to benefit just as much as anyone else simply by the unique nature of the park and we hope that it becomes the model for future parks.
Imagine, people of All ages enjoying time TOGETHER. Adults using exercise equipment while their kids play, seniors swinging and interacting with children, people with disabilities using the same equipment everyone else does, options for people of all abilities and ages to exercise and have fun! Caregivers will allow their loved ones to swing and play while they get a much needed break.
This park will energize and renew us all.
It will be amazing and we all have to do it together. We need your help, we need Kwik Trip's help, we need other businesses to step up and recognize how unique this project is and how many people will come to see what we have built.
Please share this page and idea with your family and friends far and wide because it will help everyone. Not just in our area. Our success will ensure that other people use our idea as a model for future parks, and just IMAGINE what that could do.
