Last night at the Stoughton City Parks and Recreation Committee meeting the Committee voted to approve our concept, as they had before, and this time they approved the location.
What does this mean? It means that the whole project now goes before the City Council for a vote. We are very close to approval and moving forward with the site.
I believe at that time that people from the community will come and have opportunity to speak with the Council in support of or against the concept.
It is very important if you so support the concept to please attend that meeting. Also if you disagree with the concept or have concerns please attend at that time.
When is it?
As far as I understand it - the meeting is
November 22nd , 2011 at 7pm
